Hospitality brands generate cash and customer insights. When we encounter operational problems that existing tools can't solve, we build software internally. That software gets battle-tested on our own operations, then productized for the broader market. Hospitality funds R&D, software scales independently.

Every piece of tech we build is born from a real problem in our hospitality operations. We were cycling through 5,000+ stamp cards a year at Bean Brew — funding a small deforestation project — so we built the B3 App. At Bud Brew, we built B3T Accounting because existing hotel PMS was enterprise-priced or had 2008-era UX — that became SabaiFlow. BrewBox came from trying to solve the unit economics of distributing specialty coffee beyond the cafe counter.

Kitchen Code is bootstrapped and revenue-generating through its hospitality operations. SabaiFlow is live at sabaiflow.co. We are preparing a seed round to accelerate expansion and scale the software products.

Kitchen Code is a hospitality and technology holding company operating across India, Thailand, and the UAE. We run physical hospitality businesses (specialty coffee, boutique hotels) and build the software products born from their operational challenges.

We operate in three countries: India (Bean Brew in Gurgaon), Thailand (Bud Brew in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi), and the UAE (Bean Brew Dubai pop-up). Our software products serve the Thai and Indian hospitality markets.

Kitchen Code was founded by ES. He runs the hospitality businesses and builds the technology behind them. Three countries, four brands, all bootstrapped. Before Kitchen Code, ES worked in e-commerce in the UAE for close to a decade.
